What is meditation?
It is defined as the process of relaxing your mind and body consciously for a specific time. Meditation can be done wherever you are. You can be in class, on the train or in the elevator.
Meditation will also not take a long time and you will get immediate relief from it. You can easily reduce stress by meditating for at least 10 minutes a day.

Find a quiet place in the house where you will not be disturbed. Sit or lie down comfortable and close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. Breathe from your diaphragm. Press your stomach down lightly with your hand when you breathe out through your mouth.
To set you in the mood even more, light some scented candles and play smooth and relaxing music. Again, your focus should be on your breathing. If you find your thoughts wandering from time to time, it may help to say out loud “I feel calm and relaxed.”
Meditation can be done before you go start your day and go to work or you can do it to send panic attacks away at the end of your day. With meditation you will be able to lower your blood pressure, regulate your breathing and make it easier for you to think clearly about things.
Some people also find it very helpful to meditate in the middle of the day. You can get overly stressed at the middle of the day because you have just been through a morning of work and you are thinking about the results you will submit at the end of the day.
Add meditation to your daily routine and you will feel a lot better. They will send panic attacks away so that you no longer have to fear having an attack at home or in a public place. You will feel a lot better about yourself.
Do not forget to include exercise in your daily routine and of course, you must also have a healthy diet which can give your body all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins it needs.
